Montauk Grapefruit Mojito 

  • 2.0 oz Montauk Black Sail Rum
  • 2.0 grapefruit juice
  • .05 oz lime juice
  • 4 mint leafs muddled 
  • 1.5 oz grapefruit selzer


GLASS: Old Fashion

Gently muddle 4 mint leaves in a glass. Add ice, fresh grapefruit juice,  Montauk Black Sail Rum, and lime juice.

Top with grapefruit seltzer and enjoy!

Montauk Old Cuban 

  • 1.5 oz Montauk Black Sail Rum
  • 1.0 oz simple syrup
  • .075 oz lime juice
  • 6 mint leafs muddled 
  • 2 dashes of bitters


GLASS: Coupe glass

Fill with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled coupe glass.  Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint leaves.  Enjoy! 


Montauk Silver Palmer

  • 1.5 oz.Montauk Black Sail Rum
  • 3 oz brewed tea
  • 3 oz lemon aid
  • 0.5 oz.fresh lemon juice
  • 1 slice(s)lemon(s) or lime (s)


GLASS: Glass Mason Jar

Brew loose tea or tea bag in 6-8 oz. of water. Squeeze fresh lemons. Brew hot for four minutes and flash-chill, or cold for one hour. Combine tea with ingredients, pour over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon/lime slice.

Montauk Blood Orange Rum Daiquiri

  • 2.0 oz Montauk Black Sail Rum
  • 0.5 oz blood orange simple syrup. 
  • 1.0 Lime Juice


GLASS: Martini 

Mix in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.

Shake: to frothiness.

Serve in a Champagne or Martini Glass

Montauk Indian Summer

  • 1.5 oz Montauk Black Sail Rum
  • 0.5 oz Fernet Branco
  • 0.5 oz Cracked Cardamon
  • 0.5 oz Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Lemon


GLASS: Martini 

Mix in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.

Shake vigorously until mixture foams.

Serve in a Martini Glass with Graham cracker rim and a caramel cube laid on top with a tooth pick.

  • 2.0 oz Montauk Black Sail Rum
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Juice 1/2 lime
  • 1 cube/tspn. sugar


GLASS: Old Fashion

Mix in a cocktail shaker with plenty of finely cracked ice.

Shake vigorously until mixture foams.

Serve in a double Old-Fashioned Glass.
