Montauk Heat

  • 1.5 oz.Montauk Bellamy Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 oz Montauk SunBurn Rum
  • 1 tbsp orange curaçao
  • 2 juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp almond syrup

GLASS: Rocks Glass

Combine all the ingredients in a glass with ice.Stir well. Garnish with an orange slice, lemon slice, lime slice, citrus peels

Montauk Rum Runner

  • 1 oz.Montauk Bellamy Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 juice
  • 0.5 oz.grenadine
  • 0.25 oz.créme de banana liqueur
  • 1 slice(s)orange(s)

GLASS: Rocks Glass

Add Bellamy Spiced Rum, orange juice, grenadine, and creme de banana liqueur. Shake with ice and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with orange slice.

  • 0.75 oz. Montauk SunBurn Rum
  • 0.75 oz  Montauk Bellamy Spiced Rum
  • 5 oz. cinnamon schnapps
  • 0.25 oz.fresh lime juice
  • 5 oz.cola

GLASS: Pint Glass

In an ice filled collins or rocks glass combine the first 5 ingredients.Stir to combine. Top with the Montauk Black Sail Aged Rum. ​Garnish with a lime wedge.

Montauk Coconut Ginger Fizzle

  • 1.5 oz.Montauk Bellamy Spiced Rum
  • 1.5 oz.coconut water
  • 0.75 juice
  • 2 oz.ginger beer

GLASS: Pint Glass

Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker glass with ice. Shake well.Strain into a rocks glass Top with ginger ale. ​Garnish with orange slices.

Montauk Rum Apple Punch

  • 1.5 oz.Montauk Bellamy Spiced Rum
  • 1.5 juice
  • 1 oz.pomegranate juice
  • 0.25 oz.lime(s)
  • 2 oz.ginger ale

GLASS: Rocks Glass

In an ice filled shaker glass add in the first 4 ingredients.Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass.Top with the ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wheel twist.

Montauk Siren Pina Colada

  • 1.5 oz. Montauk Bellamy Spiced Rum
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • 6 oz.pina colada mix
  • 1 splash(es) pineapple(s) Juice

GLASS: Hurricane Glass

Add Bellamy and pina colada mix over crushed ice in a blender.Blend until smooth and pour into specialty glass.​​Garnish with pineapple spear and maraschino cherry.
