Montauk Martini

  • 3.0 oz. 71st Regiment Gin
  • 0.5 oz.Dry Vermouth

GLASS: Cocktail glass

Preparation: Straight: Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with olive.

Served: Straight (or on the rocks)

Montauk Aviator

  • 1.5 oz. 71st Regiment Gin
  • Crème de violette or Creme Yvette, maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

GLASS: Cocktail Classic Martini glass

Preparation: Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Served: Straight up; without ice

Standard garnish: Cherry

Montauk Vesper

  • 2.0 oz. 71st Regiment Gin
  • 0.5 oz  Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Lillet Blonde

GLASS: Champagne Coupe, Cocktail glass

Preparation: Shake over ice until well chilled, then strain into a deep goblet and garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.

Served: Straight up; without ice

Standard garnish: Lemon Peel
